There is a $25 deposit for our wood samples, which covers the cost of shipping and careful packaging. Please note that for our NYC clients, this fee does not apply, as we will deliver your samples free of charge and arrange a convenient pickup for their return.

Because each of our samples is individually handmade, we treat them as valuable resources. We kindly ask that you help us keep them in circulation by passing them along, finding a creative use for them, or returning them to us so they don’t go to waste. For clients outside of NYC, we are happy to supply a prepaid return label upon request.

When you're ready to move forward, the full $25 credit will be applied directly to your order. Depending on the size or nature of your project, this fee may not apply, so please feel free to ask us.
