  • Custom Wooden Crating: In most cases, our furniture pieces ship via freight, secured inside custom-made, purpose-built wooden crates. This heavy-duty packaging is engineered specifically to the dimensions of your order, offering maximum protection during transit.

  • Smaller Accent Items: For select smaller accessories or components where a full wooden crate is unnecessary, we may utilize cardboard packaging with internal cushioning to ensure the item remains perfectly protected.

2. Freight & Transit Costing

Your final shipping cost is calculated transparently based on the physical footprint of your order. Rates are determined by three key factors:

  • Packaging Size: The final dimensions of the custom wooden crate or specialized box.

  • Total Weight: The combined mass of the piece and its protective structural packaging.

  • Transit Time: Your preferred speed of delivery.

3. Logistics Coordination & Partnership

We work closely with you to facilitate a smooth delivery experience. Our team will coordinate directly with your preferred logistics company, and we are happy to offer assistance throughout the scheduling process.

Please note that once the shipment leaves our facility, final transit times and roadside handling are under the management of the carrier and are beyond our control. We partner exclusively with vetted, high-quality freight networks to ensure the highest standard of care.
